Deal vs. Steal?

I first saw these Pelle Moda "Issa" Platform Sandals at Nordstroms. I loved the nude suede option, no longer available online but definitely still in stores, but was still debating over the $155 price tag.

Then while browsing later on that week I found an almost identical pair at Bakers! Baker Shoes has some great mimics of some really popular shoe brands. Great for your wallet without compromising your style!

The Essentials: Khaki Blazer

I'm definitely getting teased by the weather of Orange County. 80's one weekend and rain the next. Make up your mind! But I found a foolproof outfit that I could wear for either occasion and I just love the versatility of it. I think it's important to have some basic essentials in your closet and these are the pieces you know that will never go out of style and you can basically wear it with anything!  

One of my favorite pieces is this Elizabeth & James Blazer. I'm a huge fan of their line (so you'll be hearing me mention them a lot!) and their blazers are the perfect to-go piece without being too masculine.
